Abstract

|
Preauricular sinuses are common congenital malformations that usually occur at the anterior margin of the ascending limb of helix. We present a patient with postauricular infected cysts and coincidentally discovered auricular pits which was operated with a dual approach and reconstructed with retroauricular transposition flap. We report this case with a review of the literature.
